Inforce was actually born in 2009 out of a need for an expert resource to ensure successful implementations of OneShield, the powerful Core Policy, Billing and Claims platform. On day one and every day since, we’ve been deepening our expertise in this comprehensive insurance-specific software and helping forge a path for its continued success in an everchanging industry.
FROM BEING ONESHIELD’S FIRST CUSTOMER TO BECOMING ONE OF THEIR FIRST SI PARTNERS
Brian MacKenzie, founder and CEO of Inforce, and Predrag Vostinic, our Chief Technical Officer,were both working on the carrier side of the business at Bristol West Insurance Group during the very first installation and implementation of the OneShield platform. Soon after seeing the vast promise of OneShield, Brian left BW and formed Inforce explicitly to serve carriers using the platform. So to say our experience has deep roots would be an understatement.
OUR ONESHIELD DIRECT WORK HAS REALLY TAKEN OFF.
In the beginning, 100% of our work on the platform was as a OneShield subcontractor. Today, 95% of our OneShield work involves working directly with carriers, due almost entirely to satisfied clients not wanting to see us go after highly successful initial engagements and experiencing what a difference platform expertise and industry knowledge make.
